Born and raised at Petworth Fringe, it’s time to welcome it back, all grown up and hairy.
We are delighted to announce British Comedian Of The Year 2021 will be coming to Petworth on Friday 17 September as nine acts battle it out to qualify for the semi-finals and be one step closer to the grand, winner-takes-all, prize of £10,001.
The competition is open to all comedians, attracting top-level, circuit headline acts and the the UK’s best up-and-coming stars; audiences will be in for a great night.
As well as laughing uncontrollably as 9 acts deliver their best ten minute sets, the audience will vote for their favourite to go through; audience votes count for 50% alongside expert judges.
