Delta Blues meets Hindi Folk from London
To warm us all up for our Big Saturday Night, we’ve found another special artist to start the evening. Ajay Srivastav is a London based slide guitarist who has been making waves with his genre-bending mix of Delta Blues and Indian Folk. His critically acclaimed debut album hit No. 1 in the Amazon Blues Chart, and his new album released this summer “sounds like Chuck Berry navigating his giddy way across the Indian subcontinent”.
