Half price sessions are allowed for up to two hours at off peak times only. 

 

Rehearsals are permitted, off peak, at a 50% discount (with a right for the Hall Committee to cancel with not less than two weeks notice in the event of a full price booking) 

 

Setting up time - if the user requires access to the Hall prior to the booked period in order to set up then there will be no charge for that setting up time UNLESS it leads to the loss of a paying booking.  If the user requires full and exclusive use of all or part of the Hall for setting up or otherwise then that use IS chargeable

 

Morning - up to 1.00pm

Afternoon - up to 6.00pm

Evening - up to midnight

Day - up to 6.00pm

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
